2nd Winner! 2011 Colorful Living Campaign

We so enjoyed reading all of this week’s entries and would like to thank everyone that has participated in our 2011 Colorful Living Campaign! Again we received so many great entries but we can only pick one per week. The second winner of the 2011 Colorful Living Campaign is Lisa Lopez!

Lisa, we just love how you described Colorful Living; “I like collages a lot, so to me, Colorful Living makes me think of them. Bits and pieces – some large, some small, some patterned, some solid, some obvious, some subtle – of different fabrics, flowers, travels, songs, books and people who have made my life what it is. My life is a collage in every way, and Colorful Living is the process of creating it.”

Congratulations! Please email acolby@companyc.com to claim your 6′ x 9′ Colorful Outdoors rug!

Keep following us and sharing what Colorful Living means to you. Next week’s prize will be announced on Tuesday, May 3 and another winner will be selected on Friday, May 6.

1st Winner! 2011 Colorful Living Campaign

Thank you for you sharing what Colorful Living means to you! We had some great entries this week but we could only choose one. This week’s winner of the 2011 Colorful Living Campaign is Bre Doucette!

This is how Bre described Colorful Living; “At first I always think of the movie ‘Pleasantville’ when I think of colorful living. Once color starts illuminating their lives, it’s like they are free to be expressive and creative, and that’s what I think color does for us. It brings out our creativeness. Sparks interest, and curiosity for more. Colorful living can be throughout your home in things and also in the people around you. I’m reminded that the uniqueness every person has in our lives is like a different color in the crayon box. Life would be boring if we were all the same color, and so would our homes for that matter! I think color is so inspiring and should be shared with others.”

Bre, please email acolby@companyc.com to claim your 4’6 x 6’6 rug!

Keep following us and sharing what Colorful Living means to you. Next week’s prize will be announced on Tuesday, April 26 and another winner will be selected on Friday, April 29.

    Honeysuckle…2011 Color of the Year

In December 2010 Pantone named Honeysuckle the 2011 Color of the Year. We were thrilled not only because we celebrate color every day, but also because tones of Honeysuckle were featured in our Spring 2011 collections.

Pantone refers to Honeysuckle as “A color for all seasons. Courageous. Confident. Vital. A brave new color, for a brave new world. Let the bold spirit of Honeysuckle infuse you, lift you and carry you through the year. It’s a color for every day – with nothing “everyday” about it.”

We couldn’t agree more! Two of our Spring 2011 collections, Garden Brights and Easy Elegance, are infused with pops of Honeysuckle. Pillows rugs and even a throw feature this dynamic reddish pink.

You can add a little Honeysuckle to your home this spring and save a little green! Enjoy 25% off our Locust Leaves and Gardenia rugs through April 30, 2011.

    2011 Colorful Living Campaign

    What is Colorful Living?

To all of us at Company C, Colorful Living is about creating our own adventure! We think about what inspires us. We seek new experiences every day. As for color…we live it, decorate with it, we dress in it! But Colorful Living means so much more to us than the newest products of the season.

It’s time for the 2011 Colorful Living Campaign. This is when we listen extra hard to what Colorful Living means to you and you get a chance to win prizes!

in the past we have heard that Colorful Living is centered around your homes. That  home is not only ‘where the heart is’ but it’s where some of your greatest adventures take place; getting married, setting up a nursery, hosting birthday parties, graduations, weddings, babysitting grand-children, spring cleaning, hunkering down for winter, game nights, do it yourself projects and lots of entertaining!

What does Colorful Living mean to you? Tell us about it! Share your pictures, videos and ideas with us.

We’ll be giving away weekly prizes! Keep an eye on our blog and our other social media sites to find out what each week’s prize. We look forward to hearing from you!
