I want a colorful, light room, but my challenge...I have two small children and so as much as I would love to go with a light colored couch, I think the safe bet is a rich brown, with a colorful rug, pillows and chair. I was also wondering what your wood floor color is...We have dark wood floors in our house--they have a reddish/brownish cast to them-- and I find it amazing how different rugs look on them. Rugs with the same ground cast don't look as good on these floors--they need to be more vibrant or contrasting. Let me know your favorite colors and floor color and we can send you some samples so you can see the styles and quality yourself. Can't wait to hear!
