How it works

Our program works with you to find the right rug. We then custom-design the art to fit your size and make the rug from scratch—just for you. Many companies will have rugs on rolls that they can cut to size, bind the edges, and send out, but at Company C, we want the same quality of the finished rugs you see in our store—the design, backing, and binding—on the rug custom-made for you.

Select a design from our custom options. Calculate the price based on your selection and size using our online calculator.

Complete our Custom Rug Form to start your order. Approve final artwork and send 50% deposit. Your rug will be ordered from our factory.

Once your rug arrives from the factory, we thoroughly inspect it before shipping it to you. Now, enjoy your new rug, custom-sized just for you!

We will place your order with our rug makers once we receive a 50% deposit.
Since custom orders are crafted to your specifications, these cannot be cancelled/are non-refundable once your order has been placed.

NOTE: our minimum order for custom designs is 40 square feet per design. All custom rugs are handmade and fulfillment is approximately 7 months from date of payment of deposit. Custom rugs are excluded from promotions.
